How Vehicle Profiling works

The Walz vehicle profiling system utilizes industrial laser scanners to capture and measure the profile dimensions of vehicles in real time.  The laser scanners are interfaced to our TSS Controller allowing for direct interface to existing software suites or interface into our LED display unit.  Trucks are scanned in-motion as they drive under the scanner system.  Measurement are proved back in real time for analysis and or re-direction of the vehicle.
