Walz Scale was founded in 1966 by Fred L. Walz. What began as a scale dealership serving the foodservice industry and grocery stores has grown into a world-class provider of weighing systems for customers across a wide range of industries.
Now in its third generation of ownership, Walz remains a family-owned and operated business headquartered in Central Illinois. Over the years, the company has expanded from a local sales and service operation into a global organization supported by depots, partners, and dealers worldwide.
