Product Overview

Avery Weigh-Tronix ZM155 Hazardous Area Weight Indicator

The Avery Weigh-Tronix ZM155 is an FM-approved intrinsically safe weight indicator with an IP69K stainless enclosure, tactile keypad, serial communications, battery and external-power options, and support for documented hazardous-area weighing configurations.

The ZM155 gives operators the weighing functions they need inside classified areas without sacrificing a clear display or familiar controls. It can run as a standalone indicator or exchange data with a compatible indicator in a safe area when the approved system design calls for it.

Power, communication, load-sensor, and installation choices must be matched to the site classification and current FM control drawing. Our team will review the complete application before preparing a quote.

  • Use general weighing, filling, and other reviewed applications.
  • Connect one to four approved 350-ohm Weigh Bars or qualified load cells.
  • Choose hazardous-area power, safe-area power, or rechargeable-battery operation.
  • Integrate through standard RS232, RS422, or RS485 communications.
  • Use two ZM155 indicators in a reviewed client/server arrangement when required.
