HD-100 Forklift Height Detection Alert System
Standalone forklift mast-height alert system with a magnetic reed sensor, matching magnet, red beacon, and service-built wiring harness. Mount the wired sensor on the stationary mast at the desired trigger height and the magnet on the moving mast near the forks. The red warning activates at the selected position and remains active until lowered below the limit. Includes a 15 ft power cable and 10 ft beacon-to-sensor cable. No scale connection required.
A visible reminder at your selected mast height
The Walz HD-100 Height Detection Alert System gives forklift operators a clear visual warning at a selected mast position. Mount the wired reed sensor on the stationary portion of the mast at the desired trigger height. Mount the matching magnet on the moving mast near the forks. As the moving magnet reaches the sensor, the red beacon activates. The warning remains active until the mast is lowered below the selected limit.

Standalone operation for forklift applications
The HD-100 operates independently of weighing equipment. It does not require an onboard scale, a weight indicator, or a connection to a scale system. It is intended for forklift operators, equipment dealers, and material-handling teams looking for a dedicated height-limit alert.
Flexible installation
Choose a mounting approach suited to the forklift and installation location: drilled holes, magnets, or mounting adhesive. Walz's service department builds the wiring harness to connect the beacon and sensor as one standalone alert system. Open wire leads support installation wiring, with a 15 ft power cable and 10 ft beacon-to-sensor cable. Mount the beacon where the operator can readily see it. Confirm the installation's electrical requirements before connecting power.
