Avery Weigh-Tronix DS Series Deck Scale

Avery Weigh-Tronix DS Series carbon steel deck scale with protected Weigh Bar sensors, chain-link suspension, 200% overload protection, 500-20,000 lb capacities, and NTEP approval.

The DS Series is a rugged industrial deck scale built around a high-steel platform, protected cabling, and a chain-link Weigh Bar suspension. The structure is designed to absorb shock and side loading while maintaining accurate, dependable operation in busy production and warehouse environments.

Seven current configurations cover compact 24 x 24 inch platforms through an 84 x 60 inch heavy-duty deck, with capacities from 500 to 20,000 lb. Adjustable leveling hardware simplifies installation, and supported models can be installed in a pit when floor space and traffic flow require a flush surface.

  • Reinforced welded deck with protected internal cabling
  • Chain-link Weigh Bar suspension reduces side and end loading
  • Side-impact stops help protect the weighing system
  • 200% overload protection and 100% end loading
  • NTEP Class III approval at 5,000 divisions under CC 88-221
  • Factory Mutual approved sensing components support reviewed hazardous-area systems
