BridgeMont BMC-HD Concrete Deck Truck Scale

BridgeMont BMC-HD heavy-duty concrete-deck truck scale with factory-assembled steel weighbridge, field-poured deck, Weigh Bar sensing, and project-specific platform and accessory options. Request a quote for a configured installation.

A concrete deck built on a strong steel foundation

The BMC-HD combines a factory-assembled steel substructure with a concrete deck poured at the installation site. Avery's composite design keeps the concrete working in compression while the steel carries structural loads, giving truck traffic a durable driving surface without treating every project as one fixed scale package.

Weigh Bar sensing for everyday truck traffic

Avery's Weigh Bar load sensors and Easi-Post suspension are designed for the side loads, stops, and starts common to vehicle weighing. Each sensor is rated for 75,000 lb with a 200% overload safety factor; the number of sensors depends on the platform arrangement.

Size the installation to the site

Available configurations include 10-, 11-, and 12-foot nominal widths with one- through five-module layouts. Capacity and actual length vary by MPN. Longer platforms, custom widths, and multi-platform axle-weighing systems are also available with project-specific engineering and confirmation.

Protection and service planning

Protective coatings help shield the steel structure, while a stainless-steel junction box and optional site equipment such as guide rails, indicators, and remote displays support the installation. Warranty coverage includes five years for Weigh Bars and ten years for the weighbridge structure; final terms and installation scope are confirmed in the quotation.
